I think this is pretty neat, but i wont use it too often. It did give me a nice 5 minute break from doing actual work though which is awesome.

Also as an update to one of my previous posts i got 5 dollars from Swagbucks. Since it took me about 2 weeks i would say it isn't a complete waste of time since i google alot anyway.

Saw this video online today and while having not seen this show yet , i thought this was pretty cool.

This guy makes Clint Eastwood look slow, and since i personally like going to shooting ranges myself I thought this was awesome. It's almost unbelievable that someone can shoot that fast and still be accurate.

So apparently the owner of the Segway company died by driving a Segway off a cliff. I wasn't aware anyone still rode those pieces of shit, but either way that definitely sucks because he left a wife and kids behind and he wasn't a douchebag with money he actually gave to some charities.

a good article i read for anyone who is a programmer

I read this article here and I think it contains some useful information for anyone who is a programmer but cant think of something to work on. I find myself in this same type of predicament where i want to program something but want it to be used by alot of people. Asking for advice for this online isn't necessarily a bad thing but would it really solve the problem or is it just generally a waste of time? For beginners it definitely is good to focus more on a project that interests you and not worry about how many people are going to use it , experience is key and it is better to gain good experience on a start up project that you like than worrying about attracting a large audience.

resident evil afterlife 3d

I went to go see Resident Evil Afterlife yesterday , and I have to say it was better than i had expected it to be. I have seen all the movies in the series and I think its about the only (halfway) decent movie based on a video game. The 3d effects weren't too over the top but there were some scenes that definitely caught my attention.

As a fan of the series and having beat all of the games , of course i would go see it , especially because it was in 3d but for someone looking for a good zombie action movie i would probably recommend otherwise.

COD : Black Ops

This game looks AWESOME to say the least, after reading about the multiplayer it may be time for me to retire MW2 for a while. Apparently you gain 2 types of points in this game : XP as normal when you are levelling up for unlocks and also CP which are points you acquire which can be gambled and used to unlock things manually earlier than you would get them just the normal way of getting XP. This should take the competitive side of the series that everyone seems to enjoy to a new level. The new weapons and killstreaks look like they could make things interesting to including as tomahawk that forfeits all the CP if you get hit with it as a humiliation.

Treyarch may have missed the mark with WaW , but this definitely looks like a promising title and i will definitely pick this game up at the midnight launch

a really useful site

Grooveshark has to be one of the most useful sites i have ever used. I can't even begin to count how many times this saved me from listening to coworkers lame ass drinking stories when i forgot to bring my iPod to work. Don't get me wrong I am all for drinking beers, preferably Coors Light, but i don't give a shit if you pounded 20 smirnoff ices and had sex with a whale. Keep that to yourself.

i actually didn't know about jon lajoie until The League on FX. If you haven't checked out the show i highly suggest it, even if you don't give a shit about fantasy football.

im not a huge fan of these types of things normally but since i search at work or at home anyways and i figure everyone does why not make some money / get rewards for it?

the site i am referring to is swagbucks, from what i have read online they really do pay so i'm giving it a shot, and ill post an update when i receive some compensation. I am about 200 "SWAGBUCKS" right now since last week so about 500 more and ill be able to get a whopping five dollars (whoo hoo) but hey who the hell cares its free money for something i already do.
